Cooped-Up Cookie Recipe

Hello, No Whey Chocolate Fans! We understand it can be hard to stay put, but we are here to help! Our Instagram friend Jordan (@wokeveganqueen) made these delicious looking vegan cookies after being cooped up in their house and we couldn’t help but ask to share the recipe with you! When we learned that the recipe was vegan rather than vegan AND allergy friendly, we did some research to find a similar recipe that can suit your allergy friendly needs.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
 1 cup bananas (finely pureed)

·         1 cup white sugar

·         1 cup packed brown sugar

·         2 servings of your choice of egg substitute

·         3 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract

·         3 cups gluten free flour

·         1 teaspoon of baking soda

·         1/2 teaspoon of salt

·         2 cups of No Whey NoNo’s/Chocolatey Morsels

 Bake for approx. 11 minutes

The Ingredients for Jordan’s recipe included: sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, almond flour, baking soda, salt, Earth Balance (vegan butter), almond milk, and vegan chocolate chips (you can use our Chocolatey Morsels), and our Choco No No’s. Jordan says, “If you make these, just be sure the sugar is organic because non-organic sugars are bleached using animal bone char (yuck!). I baked these bad boys for 11 mins at 325 degrees and will now eat the heck out of them
